Refund & Returns Policy

Summary - Your Key Rights

• You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
• You then have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods to us.
• We will issue a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return).
• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original order where applicable.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date on which you or a person nominated by you receives the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the model cancellation notice below, though it is not obligatory:

We will acknowledge your cancellation by email without delay.

2. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been broken. Wellaray Coffee sachets are consumable food supplement products; once the inner sachet seal has been broken or the product has been partially consumed, we are not able to accept a return of the opened portion for hygiene reasons.

Unopened boxes, returned in their original condition, are eligible for return under the standard 14-day right to cancel.

3. Returning Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day on which you communicated your cancellation to us. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

We will issue your refund within 14 calendar days of the day we receive the returned goods back, or of the day you provide evidence of having returned the goods (whichever is earlier). Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method used.

We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of the goods if that loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Standard delivery charges (if any were charged) will be included in your refund. We do not refund supplementary costs you chose, such as express delivery.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@vitalelbowstrain.world with your order reference and a description of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you and will cover return postage for faulty items.

6. Pre-Delivery Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@vitalelbowstrain.world or +44 20 7946 0321. We will do our best to cancel the order before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
